协会简介

北京影视动画协会（Beijing Film Animation Association，缩写BFAA）是由北京地区所属的，从事影视动画制作、影视动画创作教学与研究的高等院校，以及一切关心和有志于推动影视动画制作教育及相关产业发展的企事业单位和社会各界人士，按照平等自愿的原则结成的影视动画业专业性协会。北京影视动画协会是经国家民政部门登记注册的非盈利性、非政府的组织机构。

主管单位是北京市广播电视局。

北京影视动画协会在遵守国际公共准则及国家法律、法规、政策和社会道德风尚的前提下，充分发挥政府与行业之间桥梁和纽带的作用。通过开展影视动画产品制作、专业研究、信息交流和专业培训、产品研发、项目推介等活动，为会员单位营造良好的发展环境，维护会员的合法权益。发挥行业自律作用，实行行业自律管理，维护区域影视动画市场，规范、健康、稳定地发展。加强影视动画产业企事业单位间的密切联系，广泛开展国内、国际的交流与合作，提高动画作品产量，打造影视动画精品，加速动画产业发展，力争起到北京市乃至国家影视动画产业发展智库的作用。

The Introduction to BFAA

Beijing Film Animation Association（BFAA）, a professional association, which is composed by Beijing film animation-related colleges and universities and all enterprises and people who are interested in pushing film animation production education and the development of related industries, in accordance with the principle of equality and voluntariness. With the competent government authority of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Radio, Film and Television, BFAA is a non-profit as well as non-government organization registered at Ministry of Civil Affairs.

BFAA plays an important role between the government and the industry, on condition that they abide by global public rules, the government’s laws, policies and social morality. It creates a good development environment for members and protects their legal rights and interests by carrying out film animation products producing, professional researching, information exchanging and training, product-developing, and project recommending, etc. It carries out the self-discipline management to protect the regional market with the standardized，health and stable development. It strengthens the close connections among local enterprises in the film animation industry, and pushes the communication with overseas units, in order to improve animation products’ quality and create competitive products. With the development of animation industry, it tries to be the brain resource at Beijing, even in China.
